Had older furnace blower go out, system was 18+ years old. After discussing options with tech we decided would be better to replace entire furnace instead of blower motor, looking at longterm made more since. Was no pressure in the decision making process, Xenia heating and air were happy to go whichever way we decided. After deciding to replace furnace was able to get it replaced following day. Installers arrived at a time we chose and were finished within approximately 3 hours. We are very happy with service.

From the beginning, Josh,was very nice and asked questions about what the furnace was doing. Then he fixed my furnace in a few minutes.I really appreciate his service.
Upon inspection, the thermostat was wired incorrectly and blowing a fuse. In addition, the board showed that the limit switch was open, the inducer motor was over amping, and there was water damage in the collector box. The customer was informed of the issues and decided to just replace the limit switch for now.
